Water for Elephants

I read Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen last fall and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is an historical novel based on what life was like traveling with circus trains during the depression. It not only acurately depicts life for the entertainers and workers, but for the animals who where drafted as well. It was enlightening, entertaining, interesting, heart rendering and at times gut wrenching.

Now I am thrilled to hear that they are making a movie out of the book and will star two of my favorite stars, Robert Pattinson and Reese Witherspoon. I cannot imagine anybody more perfect for the roles they have been chosen to play. I highly recommend the book for a good summer read and can hardly wait for the movie!
